On any given day there are 10,000 minors available for trafficking, are being trafficked in the central region where our ministry is . Thats my estimation and I had read somewhere, somebody else came up with the same number.
The corruption is real. Traffickers are being protected. Now maybe you don’t care about this issue. Or you care, but not enough to sponsor a child. that’s quite ok. My passion doesn’t have to be yours. I have not been pushing to get sponsors, because I’m trying to get a lot done online first.
I can honestly say I risked my life for the children being trafficked and I was arrested on false charges and did 18 months in a 3rd world jail in Manila because of my activities to fight this terrible thing. I can prove that. This is why I say the corruption is real.
THERE IS AN ANSWER TO THIS VERY HUGE PROBLEM…
iTS NOT ROCKET SCIENCE.. The children trafficked do not have the parents they need to protect them. Some mothers even sell their own daughters. Family members traffic their own family.
Parents are dead, Parents are in prison, Parents are addicted.
WHEN YOU SPONSOR THE CHILDREN LEARN HOW TO DEFEND THEMSELVES. and this is the heart of it. They get the support they need to also get into school and if they try, they can stay in school. Trafficking goes way down when they are in school.
WE SPONSOR CHILDREN WHO ARE AT REAL RISK TO BE TRAFFICKING AND WHO HAVE BEEN TRAFFICKED.
you can go in on a sponsorship with a friend.. We ask 30.00 a month to sponsor, but 35.00 helps us with transportation costs.
